A Dios to Alice Coltrane, wife of John, who passed away ("respiratory failure") on Jan. 12, 2007. She was 69. Their son Ravi Coltrane's Mypace page, with sympathies from many fans Playing piano, organ and (stringed) harp, Ms. Coltrane made some great, influential music on her own, our fave among others being "Journey In Satchitananda" with Pharoah Sanders. ~~~~~~~ |
